Sindh High Court has accepted the pleas of suspects against their conviction in firing on security forces and police case.Court has set aside the punishment of suspect Talha, Saeed and Imtiaz Bengali

Karachi (Pakistan Point News / Online - 02nd April, 2019) Sindh High Court has accepted the pleas of suspects against their conviction in firing on security forces and police case.Court has set aside the punishment of suspect Talha, Saeed and Imtiaz Bengali.SHC took the appeal pleas filed against conviction of suspects in firing on police and Rangers case for hearing on Tuesday.During the course of hearing, court remarked, "If there is no other case against the suspects then they should be released".Prosecutor informed the court that suspects had opened firing at police and Rangers in Kala Kot police station in 2017.ATC had awarded 27 years imprisonment along with fine to all suspects.
