VIENNA (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 02nd April, 2019) OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger will visit Moscow in late April to take part in the Moscow Conference on International Security, OSCE spokesman Shiv Sharma told Sputnik on Monday.
"OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger will attend the VIII Moscow Conference on International Security," Sharma said.
According to the spokesman, the final schedule is to be approved, but Greminger is expected to spend several days in Moscow and attend the opening of the event.
The VIII Moscow Conference on International Security will be held on April 23-25. The conference attendees will discuss space militarization, cyberthreats, the Arctic issues, situation in Libya, European migrant crisis, terrorist threats, situation in Syria and Iraq, as well as arms control, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.
The Russian Defense Ministry has been holding security conferences since 2012.
