Fujairah Ruler meets with Emir of Kuwait, UN Secretary-General in Tunisia TUNIS, (Pakistan Point News - 31st Mar, 2019) H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, today met, on the sidelines of the Arab Summit in the Tunisian capital, Tunis, with His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, Emir of Kuwait.
The two leaders discussed the topics on the summit’s agenda, and expressed their confidence in the summit’s positive resolutions and recommendations.
Sheikh Hamad also met today with António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations, who participated in the summit.
Both sides praised the organisation of the summit, which was headed by Beji Caid Essebsi, President of Tunisia.
The meetings were attended by Dr. Anwar Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs; Saif Mohammed Al Hajeri, Chairman of the Department of Economic Development in Abu Dhabi; Faris Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Advisor to the Ministry of Presidential Affairs; Saeed Al Raqbani, Special Advisor to the Ruler of Fujairah; Mohammed Saeed Al Dhanhani, Director of the Fujairah Emiri Diwan; Saif Mohammed Al Suwaidi, Director-General of the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development; Rashid Mohammed Al Mansouri, UAE Ambassador to Tunisia; and Juma Mubarak Al Junaibi, Permanent Representative of the UAE to the Arab League and UAE Ambassador to Egypt.
