Islamabad (Pakistan Point News / Online - 29th March, 2019) Capital Development Authority (CDA) has demolished at least 25 illegal structures in the sector of E-12.The operation is carried out on the directions of Islamabad High Court as it had issued directions to CDA for clearing the area within three weeks otherwise proceedings will be initiated against CDA, ICT and Interior Ministry.On Friday , both Deputy Commissioner Islamabad and Member (Estate)CDA led the operation. The E-12 allottees were also on site and highly praised the operation.Few individuals on site tried to resist the operation but they were arrested. Some 500 policemen, 50 Rangers and 250 enforcement staff of CDA took part in the operation.
