ADDIS ABABA, (Pakistan Point News - 29th Mar, 2019) Mohammed Salem Al Rashdi, has presented his credentials to Ethiopian President Sahle-Work Zewde, as the Ambassador of UAE to the northeastern African country during a reception at the National Palace here, on Thursday.
During the reception, President Zewde and Ambassador Al Rashdi discussed mechanisms of boosting bilateral ties in various fields.
While lauding the UAE-Ethiopia's ties, the Ethiopian president wished further progress and prosperity for the UAE people. She also wished good luck to the ambassador in his diplomatic mission.
For his part, the UAE diplomat underscored the UAE keenness to further strengthening ties of friendship and cooperation with Ethiopia. He expressed pride in the bilateral relations, saying he is looking forward to exert more efforts to advance these ties to serve mutual interests.
