MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 28th March, 2019) Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to envision funds in the 2020-2022 budget for the construction of the Utrenny LNG terminal in the port of Sabetta in Siberia for the implementation of Novatek's new project, the Kremlin said in a statement Thursday."When drafting a Federal law on the federal budget for 2020 and the planned period of 2021 and 2022, ensure the allocation of additional budget funds for the construction of the Utrenny liquefied natural gas and condensate terminal at the Sabetta seaport," the order said.
