Former president Asif Ali Zardari and his sister Faryal Talpur have resorted to Islamabad High Court (IHC) in connection with bail before arrest in fake bank accounts case
Islamabad (Pakistan Point News / Online - 27th March, 2019) Former president Asif Ali Zardari and his sister Faryal Talpur have resorted to Islamabad High Court (IHC) in connection with bail before arrest in fake bank accounts case.The both have filed bail before arrest plea in IHC.They have taken plea in the petition that JIT probing into money laundering case has claimed that former president Asif Ali Zardari own several vehicles. They want to review different aspects of JIT report.
They said that reply to all allegations will be given to FBR till April 10.According to PPP sources FBR has sought reply with reference to vehicles tax.The court has fixed for hearing the petition filed by Asif Ali Zardari in connection with bail before arrest. The case will be heard on 4th April.On the other hand Asif Ali Zardari did not appear in regional tax office of FBR while his counsel sought more time from FBR.The FBR while accepting Asif Ali Zardari plea directed him to file reply in Karachi office.
