MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 26th March, 2019) The OPEC-non-OPEC producers discuss holding the next meeting of the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee on May 19 in the Saudi port city of Jeddah, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said Tuesday."The variant [of May 19] has been considered. I think nobody opposes it," Novak said.
Commenting on the Russian oil output, the minister said that the country has not yet cut production by 228,000 barrels per day comparing to October 2018 as stipulated under the OPEC deal, but is making effort to fulfill the commitment.
