Venezuelan Oil Minister Says Planning To Visit Russia Soon To Open PDVSA Office In Moscow

BAKU (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 17th March, 2019) Venezuelan Oil Minister Manuel Quevedo said on Sunday that he was planning to visit Russia in the next couple of weeks to open an office of his country's energy company PDVSA in Moscow and meet with Energy Minister Alexander Novak and Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin.

"I'm going to Russia in the next couple of weeks in order to open PDVSA office in Russia. First I need to make an agenda with Minister Novak, mister Sechin also. I would like to meet with both," Quevedo told reporters in Baku, which is hosting a meeting of the Joint Technical Committee of OPEC and non-OPEC experts on Sunday.
