SOCHI (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 15th March, 2019) Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said he would attend the OPEC Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee session slated for March 17-18 in Baku.
Reuters reported Thursday, citing sources, that Novak would skip the meeting.
"Yes, I will be in Baku, for sure. We are still discussing the schedule, but we, our whole delegation, will definitely attend the event," Novak said.
