MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 12th March, 2019) Net capital outflow from Russia in January-February 2019 grew 114 percent year on year to $18.6 billion, according to the Russian Central Bank's preliminary assessment."The balance of financial operations of the private sector in January-February 2019, according to the Bank of Russia's assessment, amounted to $18.6 billion and was formed mainly due to an increase in net financial assets," the bank said.
