Bike prices again increased in Pakistan  

According to the rate lists issued to bike sellers, Yamaha has increased bike prices by up to Rs 5000 while Atlas Honda has hiked by Rs 2000.

Islamabad (Pakistan Point News – 6th March, 2019) Auto manufacturing companies Atlas Honda and Yamaha Motor have increased the bike prices in view of the devaluation of Pakistani rupee against US Dollar and escalating tensions with India.

According to the rate lists issued to bike sellers, Yamaha has increased bike prices by up to Rs 5000 while Atlas Honda has hiked by Rs 2000.

Yamaha-YB125Z is now priced at Rs 127,500 after an increased of Rs 4000 while Yamaha-YBR125G has hiked by Rs 5000 and is now available at Rs 149,500.

Meanwhile, the price of Atlas Honda CB150F has increased from Rs 189,900 to Rs 191,900 with a raise of Rs 2000.

The prices of CD70 and Pridor have also been increased by Rs 2000. Honda CD70 is now priced at Rs 70,500, CD70 Dream at Rs 74,500, Pridor at Rs96,500, and at Rs116,500.

The prices of Honda CB125F, CB125F and CB250F special edition remain unchanged.

According to the notification, Honda CB125F is priced at Rs 159,900, CB125F special edition at Rs161,900 and CB250F at Rs 640,000.

The prices have been increased due to devaluation of Pakistani Currency against dollar. The tensions between India and Pakistan is also another reason for the hike in prices.

Earlier, Suzuki had also increased the prices of its bikes by Rs 8000.

The old price of GD-110S was Rs 150,000 which was increased to Rs 155,000 while the price of GS150 was increased from Rs 155,000 to Rs 162,000.

Moreover, the price of GS150SE was increased from Rs 175,000 to Rs 180,000 while that of GR150 from Rs 235,000 to Rs 243,000.
