MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 05th March, 2019) The transfer of the PDVSA office to Moscow will take place very soon, the working group will arrive shortly to start the work, Venezuelan Ambassador to Russia Carlos Rafael Faria Tortosa said Tuesday.Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodriguez earlier announced that President Nicolas Maduro has decided to close the office of the Venezuelan state-owned oil and natural gas company PDVSA in Lisbon and transfer it to Moscow.
"The information from Delcy Rodriguez has appeared just in the past few days. She said that this decision had been made by our president, and the ministry's working group should soon start to work on this, they will come here, organize all the logistics so that they can start working right from Moscow," Tortosa told reporters.
"We don't have time to wait," he stressed.
