Analysts urge International community to raise voice against Indian atrocities in IOK

ISLAMABAD (Pakistan Point News / NNI - 04th March, 2019) OIC strong condemnation of Indian human rights violation in Indian Occupied Kashmir is an important development.Renowned analyst and International Relations Expert Dr. Zafar Nawaz Jaspal in a current affairs programme of Radio Pakistan said the Muslim Ummah has condemned atrocities in the valley by Indian forces. The situation in Indian Occupied Kashmir is deteriorating and urged the International community to honour its obligation and raise voice against Indian atrocities.

Abdullah Gul, Defense Analyst said, �I would like to congratulate the government for its recent efforts which paved the way for OIC to strongly condemn the Indian atrocities in Occupied Kashmir. Pakistan is an important country in the region and its foreign policy is going in right direction. Pakistan wants to resolve all outstanding issues including Kashmir dispute peacefully�.He said the OIC expressed deep concerns over human rights violations in Indian Occupied Kashmir.

The OIC also expressed concerns over violation of Pakistani airspace by Indian fighter jets and warned Indian government to avoid usage of power and threatening language against its member state.Lt Gen (Retd) Raza Muhammad Khan, Defense Analyst said the main question would be how India reacts on OIC declaration in which Indian atrocities and human rights violations in Indian Occupied Kashmir are strongly condemned. India claims that it represents 185 million Muslims, but it is also a reality that Muslims in India are not safe.

Indian politicians are also criticizing Modi�s policies. The OIC elected Pakistan as a member of its Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission from the Asian region, in acknowledgement of Pakistan�s constructive contribution to human rights discourse, norms and policies.Lt Gen (Retd) Asif Yasin Malik, Defense Analyst in his comments said for the first time OIC has strongly condemned Indian human rights violations and atrocities in Held Kashmir and issued clear statement urging India to stop its atrocities in the valley.

The OIC expressed deep concern over the atrocities and human rights violations in IHK. The foreign policy of Pakistan is much better than it was before. Maleeha Lodhi in United Nations General Assembly is effectively representing the stance of Pakistan. The government is adopting a comprehensive approach towards resolving issues. Pakistan released Indian pilot on humanitarian grounds and according to Islamic traditions.Mushtaq Ahmed Minhas, AJK Information Minister said the declaration of OIC will be de-motivating for Indian government as OIC has strongly condemned Indian brutalities in Held Kashmir.

The recent Indian aggression at LoC has united the political parties and others in Azad Kashmir and the people of Kashmiris have extended full support to security forces of Pakistan.Brig (Retd) Tipu Sultan, Defense Analyst argued the declaration of OIC is a new hope for the people of Indian Occupied Kashmir as the organization has urged India to stop its brutalities. The foreign policies of Pakistan are in right direction and many countries in the world have also been acknowledging Pakistani stance on Kashmir dispute. NNI
