MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 01st March, 2019) Caracas speaks for a dialogue with the opposition and supports the Montevideo mechanism on the crisis settlement, Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodriguez told Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at talks in Moscow Friday.
"We support dialogue mechanisms, including with the Venezuelan opposition. In this connection, we welcome the Montevideo mechanism," Rodriguez said.
