LONDON (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 28th February, 2019) - Equatorial Guinea's President Obiang Nguema Mbasogo will visit Moscow in October to officially invite Russian President Vladimir Putin to November summit of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF), the African country's Energy Minister Gabriel Mbaga Obiang Lima told Sputnik in an interview."I do have a plan to visit Moscow and take a state invitation to [President Putin] for the GECF Heads of State Summit in November. Then we will have a state visit in October with the President to Moscow [and will invite Putin]. And in November, there is the summit in Equatorial Guinea," the minister said.
