MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 21st February, 2019) The Russian Investigative Committee has indicted Baring Vostok founder Michael Calvey for fraud, Calvey's attorney Dmitry Kletochkin told Sputnik Thursday.
"The investigator brought charges under Article 159 of the Russian Criminal Code [fraud]," Kletochkin said.
"He refused to admit guilt or give any testimony, because he wants to consult with the defense to work out a position," he said.
