NEW YORK (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 20th February, 2019) Russia hopes foreign troops are not deployed to Venezuela and hopes that countries around the world will refrain from proving civil unrest, Russian Ambassador to the United Nations Vassily Nebenzia told reporters on Wednesday."We want nothing that would provoke civil unrest, Russia supports the UN Charter, independence, territorial integrity of Venezuela, Russia is categorically against this regime change that we see is being implemented," Nebenzia said. "There are no foreign troops whatsoever coming to Venezuela from whatever country."
