Close of year 2018: Nearly 8 in 10 Pakistanis say that they are happy with their lives

According to a Gallup Pakistan survey, conducted as part of the Worldwide Independent Network of Market Research (WIN) International Global Survey involving more than 30,000 adults across nearly every continent, at the start of the year 2019, nearly 8 in 10 Pakistanis say that they are happy with their lives

Islamabad (Pakistan Point News - 20th February, 2019) ​According to a Gallup Pakistan survey, conducted as part of the Worldwide Independent Network of Market Research (WIN) International Global Survey involving more than 30,000 adults across nearly every continent, at the start of the year 2019, nearly 8 in 10 Pakistanis say that they are happy with their lives. A nationally representative sample of adult men and women from across the four provinces was asked the following question, “In general, do you personally feel very happy, happy, neither happy nor unhappy, unhappy or very unhappy about your life?” In response to this question, 76% Pakistanis said they are happy, 18% said they are neutral (neither happy nor unhappy), 4% said they are unhappy and 2% did not know or did not wish to respond.
