"The issue of the INF Treaty was not mentioned in the conversation with Mike Pompeo," Lavrov told reporters after talks with his Lesotho counterpart Lesego Makgothi.
"When our colleagues are ready, we will be ready to discuss these issues in a professional, specific, non-politicized conversation. Mike Pompeo did not touch on this topic yesterday, which means that the Americans are unready," he said.
