MONTEVIDEO (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 08th February, 2019) Spain is opposed to a military intervention being conducted in Venezuela, Foreign Minister Josep Borrell told Sputnik after a meeting of the International Contact Group (ICG) on Venezuela in Montevideo on Thursday.
"No military intervention, please. No military," Borrell said when asked if the participants in the ICG meeting discussed a possible US military intervention in Venezuela.
