MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 06th February, 2019) Roscosmos will submit documents to the Russian government to ask for additional funding to implement the country's moon exploration program by the end of the first quarter of 2019, Yuri Koptev, the chairman of Russian State Space Corporation Roscosmos' Scientific and Technical Council, said Wednesday.
"All relevant documents should be prepared before the end of the first quarter so that both the government and the parliament could decide on the allocation of additional resources," the official said in a video published by the Roscosmos tv.
