MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 05th February, 2019) Russia's state-controlled Rosneft oil-and-gas company will delay the launch of a number of new projects by several months due to the OPEC-non-OPEC deal, the company's First Vice-President for Economics and Finance Pavel Fedorov said Tuesday."I think that at least in order to fulfill the goals set for the first half of 2019, we will see a delay for several months in a number of our new projects ... But the goals that we, within the framework of a given year, determined for ourselves, they remain unchanged - we are launching Rospan this year," Fedorov said in conference call.
