MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 04th February, 2019) No meetings between Taliban and the Russian Foreign Ministry are planned for February 5-6, when the movement's representatives come to Moscow for the inter-Afghan peace talks, Director of the Russian Foreign Ministry's Second Asian Department Zamir Kabulov said Monday.
"No, no meetings are planned. It is a purely inter-Afghan event, they will negotiate on their own. We positively assess this meeting," the diplomat said, answering a corresponding question.
