ABU DHABI, (Pakistan Point News - 30th Jan, 2019) Department of Health - Abu Dhabi (DoH), the regulator of the healthcare sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, today launched a new website powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) during Arab Health 2019. The fully integrated platform combines marketing and smart technology, with the aim to improve the users’ experience via an easy-to-follow user interface.
The new revamped website will equip users with easy access to daily healthcare news, covering medical innovations, and social and health awareness updates provided from knowledgeable professionals. Designed to facilitate access for the community, including health professionals and the general public, the website will serve as the single source of data for Abu Dhabi residents.
Harnessing the power of AI, the new website will deliver personalised content to users each time they access the platform based on their behaviour. With the ever growing importance of instant access to information, using cutting-edge user-tracking tools throughout the website will ensure that every interaction, behaviour, profile and activity within the community is captured and stored in a database, enabling powerful analytical insights that lead to exceptionally personalised customer engagement.
