UNITED NATIONS (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 26th January, 2019) Moscow welcomes the proposals by Mexico and Uruguay to facilitate dialogue in Venezuela and is prepared to do that too if asked, Russian Ambassador to the United Nations Vassily Nebenzia told reporters on Saturday after a UNSC meeting on Venezuela."We are advocating for any dialogue that might resolve the crisis. We welcome Mexico and Uruguay offering their services for that purpose," Nebenzia said.
"We said ourselves that if we are called for we are ready to provide facilitation," he added.
