BRUSSELS (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 21st January, 2019) Russia and Ukraine have confirmed interest in continuation of gas transit to the European Union, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak told reporters on Monday."One of the issues discussed today is transit through Ukraine. The interests of both Russia and Ukraine in ensuring transit were reaffirmed," Novak said after a three-party meeting between Russia, Ukraine and the European Commission on gas transit.
