BELGRADE (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 17th January, 2019) Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said Thursday that he would discuss the implementation of the OPEC-non-OPEC deal at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland, with Saudi Arabia's Energy Minister Khalid Falih."We will meet in Davos, we will discuss joint projects, bilateral cooperation, and of course [the discussion of] the issue of implementation of the OPEC-non-OPEC deal is not ruled out," Novak said.
He said he maintained constant contact with Falih.
"We talked by phone on Monday," Novak said.
