HADRAMAUT, (Pakistan Point News - 02nd Jan, 2019) A humanitarian convoy loaded with various food items was deployed by the Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, to the governorate of Hadramaut in Yemen, delivering 1,850 family-sized food baskets to 9,250 residents.
The move is part of a comprehensive relief plan being carried out by the UAE across the governorate and in other Yemeni territories.
In the Year of Zayed in 2018, 30,400 food baskets were distributed in Hadramout reaching 152,000 underprivileged families.
