NAB launches inquiry against Emporium Mall

The anti-graft watchdog has decided to see the record under Board of Revenue law.  

Lahore (Pakistan Point News – 31st December, 2018) The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has launched an inquiry against Lahore’s Emporium Mall.

According to media reports, NAB has launched a probe into the ownership of the land for Emporium Mall, on what conditions it was sold to Nishat Group, when the board of Governors handed it over to LDA and on what conditions LDA sold it to Nishat Group.

The anti-graft watchdog has decided to see the record of the land under Board of Revenue law.

Sources said that the land for Emporium Mall remained the property of LDA. Sources further said that NAB will collect the details of the auction of the land.

Emporium Mall is one the biggest shopping malls in Lahore. It is known for its unique infrastructure.

Emporium Mall provides all the shopping brands under one roof.
