Suspected Organizer Of Karachi Attack On Chinese Consulate Killed In Afghanistan - Reports

MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 27th December, 2018) One of the key commanders of the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) separatist group, who is suspected of organizing the November attack on the Chinese consulate in the Pakistani city of Karachi, was killed in Afghanistan, local media reported on Wednesday.

According to the Samaa broadcaster, Aslam Achu and four his accomplices were killed as a result of a suicide attack in the Afghan province of Kandahar.

On November 23, three terrorists opened fire and hurled a hand grenade near the Chinese consulate in Karachi. The attack left two police officers and two civilians dead. Pakistani police have eliminated all the terrorists.

The BLA separatist group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
