Matar Salim Ali Al Dhaheri, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Defence, this morning received Kanji Fujiki, Ambassador of Japan to the UAE, who paid a farewell on the occasion of the end of his tenure in the UAE.
ABU DHABI, (Pakistan Point News - 25th Dec, 2018) Matar Salim Ali Al Dhaheri, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Defence, this morning received Kanji Fujiki, Ambassador of Japan to the UAE, who paid a farewell on the occasion of the end of his tenure in the UAE.
The Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Defense welcomed the ambassador, commending his role in promoting bilateral relations between the UAE and Japan and wished him success in his future assignments.
For his part, the Japanese Ambassador expressed his thanks to the UAE government, lauding the deep relations between the two friendly countries in various fields.
The meeting was attended by senior officers and officials of the Ministry of Defence.
The Japanese Ambassador has been conferred the Order of Independence, First Class, in recognition of his efforts during his tenure, towards the development and strengthening of friendly relations and cooperation between the two countries across all fields.
