RT Releases Satiric Video on 'Christmas Meddling' in White House

The RT broadcaster on Monday, on the eve of Christmas and New Year, released a satiric video on "Christmas Meddling" in the White House.

MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 24th December, 2018) The RT broadcaster on Monday, on the eve of Christmas and New Year, released a satiric video on "Christmas Meddling" in the White House.

The video portrays a parody of US President Donald Trump, who opens presents from the world leaders on Christmas morning. "Trump" discovers under his tree two gold-plated busts from North Korean leader Kim Jong Un depicting the US president and Kim, a diamond-encrusted tiara from Saudi King Salman, chocolate from Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, who in real life owns the Roshen Confectionery Corporation.

"The US leader" went on to open a gift from the RT broadcaster - a t-shirt that says in Russian "Do you work for the GRU [Russian Military Intelligence]." The phrase has been coined after an interview by RT editor-in-chief Margarita Simonyan with two Russian citizens whom the United Kingdom is suspecting of involvement in the poisoning of former Russian double agent Sergei Skripal in Salisbury. Simonyan addressed this question to the suspects and they dismissed the allegations of working for the Russian intelligence or being behind the attempt to poison Skripal.

The video then says "Gift Happens. Happy Holidays from RT," and depicts "Trump" and his wife "Melania" in the bedroom as the first lady is trying on a gift from the broadcaster.

"Oh, Melania, you are from somewhere over there ... What does this t-shirt say?," to what "Trump's wife" responds "It says 'Make America Great Again.' What Else?."

"Of course it does. That's what I thought." the parody of the US leader agreed.
