SINGAPORE, (Pakistan Point News - 09th Dec, 2018) The first edition of the Asia-Pacific Dermatology and Aesthetic Conference and Exhibition, Asia Derma, was launched in Singapore in the presence of Dr. Mohamed Omar Abdulla Balfaqeeh, UAE Ambassador to Singapore.
The 3-day event, which concluded on 7th December at the Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre, was organised by INDEX Conferences and Exhibitions, a member of INDEX Holding, with the participation of more than 120 brands, 55 specialised pavilions, 52 speakers and more than 500 physicians.
Prof. Fatimah Binte Abdul Lateef, Member of Parliament, Republic of Singapore, inaugurated the opening ceremony of the conference and exhibition by cutting the ribbon, accompanied by the UAE Ambassador, Dr. Abdul Salam Al Madani, Executive Chairman of Asia Derma and Chairman of INDEX Holding, and a number of representatives from government sectors, educational institutions, experts, doctors and local and foreign delegations. This was followed by a tour in the exhibition accompanying the conference, where the latest developments and equipment in the field of dermatology and aesthetic industry were showcased.
Speaking on this occasion, Dr. Balfaqeeh said, "I am very proud to see a UAE company such as INDEX Conferences and Exhibitions - a member of INDEX Holding organising such a unique event in Singapore, this is a true honour for our country- the United Arab Emirates."
Prof. Fatimah Binte Abdul Lateef, Member of Parliament, Republic of Singapore, also commended the efforts of INDEX for organising such a world-class event.
