MILAN (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 06th December, 2018) Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is holding a meeting with EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini on the sidelines of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe's (OSCE) Ministerial Council on Thursday, a Sputnik correspondent reported.
Later in the day, Lavrov is expected to have talks with foreign ministers of Germany and Norway, the OSCE secretary general and hold a number of other meetings.
The 25th OSCE Ministerial Council is currently taking place in Milan.
The Ministerial Council is the OSCE's most important annual event gathering together ministers of foreign affairs of the participating countries and 11 partner states from the Mediterranean and Asia.
