Civil Judge Imran issued the stay order upon the appeal of Nasreen Bibi.
Nasreen Bibi adopted that she owns the 7 kanal, 16 marla land near railway station while the administration had started construction on the land after making fake documents.
The woman appealed the court to restore her land.
Prime Minister Imran Khan had laid foundation of a shelter home project for the down-and-out segments of society who spend nights on the streets under the open sky.
A number of homeless people usually spend nights on footpaths or other places without roof over their heads in different areas of Lahore city including Data Drbar,, railways station, Ichra and Chauburji etc.
The government had identified five spots in Lahore for construction of shelters what the prime minister had said would be turned into centers of excellence.
