ASTANA (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 28th November, 2018) Participants of the Astana talks on Syrian reconciliation will discuss creation of the Syrian constitutional committee, the situation in the rebel-held province of Idlib, the refugee issue and the fight against terrorism, Russian Special Presidential Envoy for Syria Alexander Lavrentiev told reporters on Wednesday.
Earlier in the day, the Kazakh Foreign Ministry said that all participants of the 11th round of Astana talks had arrived in the Kazakh capital.
"[We will discuss] a number of issues: the constitutional committee, the situation around Idlib, the fight against terrorism, all the issues we always discuss," Lavrentyev said.
He confirmed the information that all the delegations, including the one headed by UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura, had arrived in Astana.
