US billionaire, Tesla CEO Elon Musk offered on Saturday Tesla's help concerning the transportation of people injured in devastating wildfire in the western US state of California.
MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 10th November, 2018) US billionaire, Tesla CEO Elon Musk offered on Saturday Tesla's help concerning the transportation of people injured in devastating wildfire in the western US state of California.
"If Tesla can help people in California wildfire, please let us know. Model S & X have hospital grade HEPA [high efficiency particulate air] filters. Maybe helpful for transporting people," Musk posted on Twitter.
Earlier in the day, US President Donald Trump declared a state of emergency in California amid the devastating wildfire, dubbed the Camp Fire, which started on Thursday and spread promptly across the state.
The Camp Fire has already claimed nine lives and demolished at least 6,000 structures, which makes it the most destructive fire in the history of California.
