The Emirati company, Remah International Group, signed a Memorandum of Understanding, MoU, with the Saudi company, Intra for Defence Technologies, with the aim of reinforcing their mutual cooperation in military and defence industries and exploring new markets.
RIYADH, (Pakistan Point News - 05th Nov, 2018) The Emirati company, Remah International Group, signed a Memorandum of Understanding, MoU, with the Saudi company, Intra for Defence Technologies, with the aim of reinforcing their mutual cooperation in military and defence industries and exploring new markets.
The MoU was signed, at the UAE’s national pavilion at the Saudi National Security and Risk Prevention Expo in Riyadh, by Hamad Al Marzouki, Representative of Remah International Group, and Omar Sawaf, Director-General of Intra for Defence Technologies, in the presence of Mattar Ali Al Rumaithi, CEO of the Economic Development Unit of the Economic Balance Council, Sultan Abdullah Al Samahy, Acting Director-General of the UAE Council for Defence Companies, and officials from both sides.
Al Marzouki said that the MoU will enable the group to assess current defence technologies, and will help its efforts to develop its products and services.
He added that the group aims to explore new markets while noting that it held several talks with other companies, through its participation in the fair.
Al Marzouki praised the efforts of the UAE Council for Defence Companies to support its members in promoting their services and products and stressed that the UAE pavilion is a useful platform for promoting the country’s national defence industries.
He concluded by saying that the council supports the efforts of Emirati companies to explore new markets, and provides them with a national platform to market their services and products in foreign markets.
