Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Sisi will fly to Germany on Sunday for talks with Chancellor Angela Merkel on illegal migration and the fight against terrorism, his spokesman said.
CAIRO (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 27th October, 2018) Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Sisi will fly to Germany on Sunday for talks with Chancellor Angela Merkel on illegal migration and the fight against terrorism, his spokesman said.
Bassam Rady was cited as saying by Al Ahram newspaper, in a statement to the outlet, that the president would also discuss ways of boosting German-Egyptian ties and investment in his country.
This will reportedly be the sixth time the president meets chancellor Merkel since he was elected in 2014. He will also meet with senior German officials during his four-day visit.
