H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Sharjah Executive Council, has issued the Administrative Resolution No.16 of 2018 restructuring the Board of Directors of Chess and Culture Club for Sharjah Women.
SHARJAH, (Pakistan Point News - 25th Oct, 2018) H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Sharjah Executive Council, has issued the Administrative Resolution No.16 of 2018 restructuring the Board of Directors of Chess and Culture Club for Sharjah Women.
The Resolution stipulates that the Board of Directors of the Club will be restructured under the Chairmanship of Najla Abdullah Al Darwishi Al Shamsi, and a number of members.
The Resolution stated that the new board shall elect a Vice-Chairman from among its members at its first meeting in addition to distribution of administrative positions.
The term of membership in the Board will be four years. The Board shall continue to conduct its business at the end of its term until a new Board is appointed. Those who have completed their membership may be reappointed.
The Resolution shall be effective from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette. Any provision contrary to the provisions of this Resolution shall be repealed.
