"Certainly, there is nothing good in this. Because the sanctions slow down the development, but not only of the Russian Federation, they certainly affect us too, but also of the European Union, they hit everyone... The overall losses of the European Union, which they calculated, total about 100 billion euros," Medvedev said at a press conference following talks with his Belgian counterpart Charles Michel on the sidelines of the Europe-Asia Forum (ASEM).
