NEW DELHI (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 18th October, 2018) The Afghan government will necessarily participate in the upcoming Moscow format meeting on the Afghan settlement, presidential special envoy for the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Mohammad Shakir Kargar told Sputnik.
"We are interested and will necessarily participate [in this meeting]. The most important thing is yielding a positive result for the peace process in Afghanistan through the Moscow format," Kargar said.
