MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 11th October, 2018) The launch of the next expedition to the International Space Station may take place earlier than planned in light of the Soyuz launch accident on Thursday, Sergey Krikalev, Roscosmos' executive director of human space programs told Sputnik on Thursday.
"The spacecraft that is in space right now, we cannot move much to the right, it is already operating close to the time limits. We will see how to accelerate the launch of the next spaceship," Krikalev said.
Currently, the operational terms of Soyuz MS-09, which is docked to the ISS, are limited to mid-January.
