The UAE national youth under-19 football team tied 1-1 their Malaysian counterparts in their first friendly for the 40th edition of the AFC U-19 Championship to be organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) for the men's under-19 national teams of Asia in Indonesia this month.
KUALA LUMPUR, (Pakistan Point News - 11th Oct, 2018) The UAE national youth under-19 football team tied 1-1 their Malaysian counterparts in their first friendly for the 40th edition of the AFC U-19 Championship to be organised by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) for the men's under-19 national teams of Asia in Indonesia this month.
Ahmed Fawzi netted first on the 7th, while Malaysia's Mohamed Al Fawzan equalised as the match drew to a close on the 79th minute at the Shah Alam Stadium Stadium in the Malaysia capital here.
The two teams are scheduled for another encounter on Saturday before leaving for the Indonesian capital.
