During his address, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Political Affairs Naeem ul Haque was caught on camera taking a nap.
Pictures of politicians sleeping during Assembly sessions of speeches of their leaders often go viral on social media.
Naeem ul Haque is however the latest one to this list who kept sleeping during the prime minister’s address.
