ST. PETERSBURG (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 04th October, 2018) EU countries should maintain a dialogue with Russia, prevent further deterioration of relations with Moscow, and seek to improve them in the future, Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz said Wednesday.
"We are experiencing enormous tensions in relations between the EU and Russia, we have lost a tremendous amount of trust, and some European leaders no longer maintain a dialogue with Russia," Kurtz told reporters after talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in St. Petersburg.
"I believe that it is necessary to maintain a dialogue to make sure that the situation does not get worse, and at the same time seek the improvement in the medium and long term," Kurz stressed.
