WASHINGTON (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 02nd October, 2018) Seventy-four suspected fighters of the Islamic State terror group (banned in Russia) have been captured during a series of raids in the Iraqi city of Mosul, US Operation Inherent Resolve spokesman Col. Sean Ryan said in a televised news conference on Tuesday.
"Recently in Mosul, Iraqi forces conducted a series of nighttime raids on 34 locations, during which they detained 74 suspected ISIS [Islamic State] fighters," Ryan told reporters.
