The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry recently hosted a workshop to examine key aspects of setting up a limited liability company (LLC) in the UAE, in addition to common risks associated with managing and operating these types of businesses.

DUBAI, (Pakistan Point News - 02nd Oct, 2018) The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry recently hosted a workshop to examine key aspects of setting up a limited liability company (LLC) in the UAE, in addition to common risks associated with managing and operating these types of businesses.

The workshop, led by Rita Al Semaani Jansen, Partner, and Charbel Fadel, Managing Associate from Ince & Co middle East LLP (Dubai Branch), was attended by Dubai Chamber members, lawyers and legal professionals, corporate counsel, contract administrators, investors, entrepreneurs, business owners and managers.

Ms. Jehad Kazim, Director of Legal Services at Dubai Chamber, noted that participants benefited from the expert advice and practical tips provided during the work shop, which covered the main aspects of setting up and operating an limited liability company in the UAE. She added that the event helped participants improve their understanding of the various legal business structures within the UAE and other important legal issues which they need to take into account before establishing a business.
