MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 25th September, 2018) The two-day Annual Baltic Conference on Defence (ABCD), bringing together regional defense officials, will begin on Tuesday in the Estonian capital, Tallinn.
Estonian Prime Minister Juri Ratas is expected to deliver his welcome address to the forum's participants in the evening on the starting day.
ABCD participants, which include top regional defense officials and experts, will discuss the status of transatlantic relations and the health of NATO, progress of raising national defense expenditures to 2 percent GDP among NATO members, and regional security of the Baltic region.
